Rostering Coordinator Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our team as a Rostering Coordinator on a permanent full-time basis.

About the Position:
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date rosters for all staff, ensuring staffing levels meet operational requirements.
  • Liaise with Managers, Care Coordinators, and staff to gather and confirm scheduling requirements and preferences.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of staff availability, leave requests, and any special scheduling requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree or certification in Business Administration, Health Administration, Management, Logistics, or a related field (desired).
  • Proven experience in rostering, scheduling, and workforce planning in a dynamic environment.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage complex rosters and shifts.
  • Attention to detail to avoid scheduling errors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective rostering strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth scheduling processes.
  • Monitor and analyse staffing needs to inform scheduling decisions.
