About the Position

This is a newly created full-time permanent position as a Workforce Planner, reporting to the Customer Engagement Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end workforce planning and resource optimisation across our Contact/Call Centres.

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Workforce Planning, Forecasting & Scheduling
  • Service Delivery & Performance Optimisation
  • Training, Support & Process Improvement
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership
  • Reporting Analytics & Governance

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need proven experience in workforce planning within a complex contact/call centre environment.

You'll have excellent knowledge of contact/call centre technology, preferably Genesys Cloud, and scheduling software.

A data-driven decision-making approach and experience with performance metrics analysis and reporting are also essential.
