  • Scheduling Requirements: Identify and maintain scheduling requirements, including staff availability, staffing lists, and client needs
  • Allocation of Schedules: Facilitate the allocation of schedules for permanent and casual support workers
  • Client Support: Coordinate new client/participant intakes and establish a schedule for the next 7 days
  • Problem-Solving: Drive action-oriented problem-solving to address urgent shift needs and gaps
  • Reporting: Maintain alignment of schedules with industrial award requirements and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates
