Job Opportunity

The Workforce Scheduler Professional will be responsible for managing and maintaining work schedules, creating and updating rosters for field team members to ensure client and industry KPIs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and maintaining work schedules, including creation and updating of rosters for field team members
  • Liaising with clients and front-line security personnel about availability for work and shift arrangements
  • Filling vacant shifts within set time frames
  • Processing invoices, payment submissions, and reconciliations
  • Compiling various reports using software, including Microsoft Excel
  • Serving as the point of contact for front-line staff regarding shift availability and leave inquiries

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in scheduling, rostering, and administration
  • Understanding and ability to interpret and advise on Enterprise Agreements and Awards
  • Knowledge of NSW Leave legislation and Leave entitlements
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Intermediate computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel
