Workforce Scheduler

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of our passenger services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage workforce schedules to meet service level agreements.
  • Process employee leave requests and allocate rosters accordingly.
  • Create new rostering patterns while adhering to enterprise bargaining agreements.
  • Update all schedule changes promptly.
  • Prepare accurate worksheets for operational use.
  • Manage staff training allocations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of staff and business information.
  • Provide detailed analytical reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Selection Criteria:
  • Previous experience in workforce scheduling or rostering.
  • Knowledge of business operations, including service level agreements and enterprise agreements.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a small team.
  • Strong time management skills.
