  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Develop and implement strategic workforce plans that align with organisational goals.
  • - Conduct data analysis to inform scheduling decisions.
  • - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement.
  • - Design and implement innovative rostering solutions.
  • - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and frameworks.

  • Requirements:
  • - Strong background in workforce planning, scheduling, or analytics (healthcare, disability, aged care, or in-home support ideal).
  • - Hands-on experience with scheduling systems (Salesforce highly regarded).
  • - Strong analytical skills with tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar.
  • - Solid understanding of NDIS service delivery and compliance frameworks.
  • - Ability to juggle complex rostering requirements across dispersed teams.
  • - Strong communication skills with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
