- - Hands-on experience with scheduling systems (Salesforce highly regarded).
- - Strong analytical skills with tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar.
- - Solid understanding of NDIS service delivery and compliance frameworks.
- - Ability to juggle complex rostering requirements across dispersed teams.
- - Strong communication skills with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
