
Workforce Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workforce Planning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our workforce planning function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of our labour resources.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in workforce planning and management, with expertise in forecasting, scheduling, and payroll administration. You will be responsible for analysing data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement, and developing and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives.
In addition to your technical skills and experience, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Main Responsibilities:
- - Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to ensure effective labour resource management
- - Analyse data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- - Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date forecasts and schedules
- - Ensure compliance with payroll processes and procedures
- - Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives
