Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of technical professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
  • Operational Oversight: Implement robust monitoring and alerting systems, develop comprehensive backup strategies and recovery plans, and adopt best practices for cloud operations.
  • Project Oversight: Coordinate with project managers to align IT projects with business objectives and timelines, oversee design, development, and deployment processes, and manage resource allocation effectively to meet project deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to define IT strategies and initiatives that support the company's goals, develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and standardize best practices.

Requirements
