About the Role

MinterEllison is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our Brisbane Technology Consulting team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of client engagements and managing a team of professionals to help clients overcome organisational challenges and achieve business outcomes through our technology offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with client stakeholders during the course of each engagement and post engagement.
  • Deliver high quality client experiences through client interactions and deliverables including presentations and documented artefacts.
  • Analytical thinking to address business and technology problems.
  • Distilling and synthesising complex information into simple and concise outputs.
  • Facilitating workshops to elicit information, test hypothesis and navigate critical business and technology decisions.
  • Leading sales and proposal development activities to support the growth of the business.
  • Mentoring and developing team members.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree, preferably within Information Technology, Business Management / Commerce, Finance, or Law.
  • At least 6 – 10 years + experience working in a consulting environment with a focus on technology.
  • Experience and interest in understanding enterprise technologies and technology trends, and a thirst for knowledge whilst seeking out innovative solutions.
  • Experience managing stakeholders with strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Must hold Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
