Job Description:

We are seeking an Industrial Relations Professional to join our organization on a 19:9 rotation at our Perth, Australia site.

You will report directly to the HR Director and be responsible for managing labor relations, union engagement, workforce discipline, conflict resolution, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring industrial harmony across our workforce.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Industrial Relations, or a related field, and at least 8 years of ER/IR experience in large-scale EPC or heavy industrial/construction projects.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing site-specific IR strategies to support project objectives, establishing and maintaining effective relationships with unions, worker representatives, and labor contractors, negotiating and managing collective bargaining agreements (if applicable), and leading the resolution of industrial disputes, strikes, grievances, and disciplinary actions with minimal project disruption.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Industrial Relations, or a related field
  • At least 8 years of ER/IR experience in large-scale EPC or heavy industrial/construction projects
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
