Job Title:

Senior Consultant, Industrial Relations


About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with industrial regulations and driving effective remediation processes.

  • You will draw on your substantial expertise in Industrial Relations to interpret complex Enterprise Agreements.
  • You will collaborate with Legal teams to clarify and action compliance requirements, coordinate with Project Managers to ensure milestones are met, and engage with IT professionals to translate IR needs into technical solutions.
  • You will use your analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail to design comprehensive testing regimes and robust review processes, ensuring that the payroll platform meets current obligations and is resilient to future changes in industrial regulations.

Requirements:
  • Considerable experience in industrial/employee relations, including specialist expertise in employment law.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll, a detailed understanding of relevant legislative frameworks, and a proven track record of successfully implementing compliance measures within large organizations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present findings, explain regulatory considerations, and facilitate training.
