We're looking for an Employment Relations Specialist to join our team. This full-time role is perfect for someone with expertise in employment relations, union engagement, and industrial relations.

The Opportunity

Our People & Culture team in Western Australia has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Employment Relations Specialist. We require relevant qualifications and the ability to influence through formal and information communication.

This position involves working closely with leaders to co-design a negotiation strategy and roadmap.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Enterprise Agreement planning, negotiation, and implementation;
  • Management of external matters and representation at hearings; and
  • Development of effective tools and resources for compliant and respectful internal employment relations.

We are a geographically diverse organization that employs over 4,000 people across nine cities, produces over 64 million meals, and services over 246,000 flights each year.

Prior experience in similar roles or industries would be beneficial but not essential. Training will be provided as necessary.
