Job Overview

This role focuses on developing high-quality, compliant proposals in collaboration with technical teams. You'll be an integral member of a collaborative, inclusive and diverse environment.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with technical, client, and markets teams to develop winning bid strategies and proposals.
  • Drive proposal development, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Lead and facilitate bid workshops, reviews, and manage bid action plans.
  • Highlight the company difference and challenge bid teams to develop compelling proposals.
  • Work across the winning work lifecycle from opportunity through to proposal and post-submission activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8-12 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within professional services or construction industries.
  • Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across an organization.
  • A proactive, organized and outcomes-oriented approach, with exceptional people and relationship skills, and the ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is desirable.
