This role plays a pivotal part in supporting the proposal development team with tender and bid preparation. The specialist will work closely with the National Proposal Manager to ensure timely delivery of high-quality bids.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop compelling content for bids, proposals, submissions, and presentations, as well as source materials.
- Contribute content to the knowledge management platform through case studies, CVs, baseline, content, and creative elements for pursuits.
- Compile and collate fee proposals/submissions/tenders, ensuring inclusion of required documentation/components.
- Assist in planning, preparing, and project managing publications both internally and externally to maximize brand promotion.
- Prepare fee proposal templates and drafts, including typing, copying, printing, filing/archiving, and delivery.
- Research clients for tenders, bids, and proposals.
- Set up and maintain corporate CVs, project profiles, photos, and capability statements.
- Maintain accurate and updated statements and documents for tenders and proposals.
- Strong drafting, proofing, and editing skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, time management capabilities, and ability to work under pressure.
- Superb personal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Able to multitask, work with multiple stakeholders, and demonstrate initiative.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Knowledge of Canva is desirable.
- Proactive approach with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
