Job OverviewWe're seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Host to join our team. As a key ambassador of our brand, you'll be responsible for ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience while visiting us.
The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests across the gaming floor and private gaming areas.
- Promote and provide feedback on all customer-related service programs.
- Demonstrate commitment to service excellence through effective implementation and delivery of the Star Qualities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to achieve established service standards and repeat business.
- Guide customers on game selection, rules, and gameplay.
- Maintain gaming areas that are consistently clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Monitor gaming activities for compliance with our establishment's policies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently.
- Experience in a guest service-related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literacy essential.
- Exposure to hospitality or gaming environment desirable.
- RSA qualification mandatory for Level 5 Sovereign Room Duties.
