At Wyndham Destinations, we're passionate about delivering exceptional experiences for our guests. As a Guest Experience Host, you'll be the face of our resort, providing warm and welcoming service to our owners and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and register owners and guests, ensuring a seamless check-in process
  • Provide expert knowledge on local area attractions and activities
  • Complete all department-related paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Utilize communication equipment, including telephones, facsimiles, and computers, to provide exceptional service
  • Meet guests face-to-face and generate sales appointments for our sales team
  • Build rapport with guests to deliver an exceptional experience
  • Work closely with the resort operations team to provide a high level of service
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within our Wyndham Destinations community
  • Meet targets and KPIs as set by the business

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar hotel position
  • Genuine passion for customer service and the local area
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individual
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
  • High levels of computer literacy
  • Previous experience with a PMS system advantageous
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public, and school holidays
