Lead a Global Team to Deliver Exceptional Vacation Experiences

At Travel + Leisure Co., we're dedicated to putting the world on vacation. As a Guest Experience Host Manager, you will lead a team of professional Guest Experience Hosts to deliver exceptional vacation experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Performance Management: Lead the recruitment, training, and performance management of Guest Experience Hosts to ensure they meet and exceed departmental budgets and KPIs.
  • Operations and Logistics: Manage the day-to-day operations of Guest Experience Hosts, including scheduling, budgeting, and cost accounting systems.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure that all guests have a memorable and enjoyable vacation experience, meeting and exceeding their expectations.
  • Team Development: Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and feedback to the team to ensure continued development and identify training needs.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure that all team members adhere to company and regulatory requirements, including government licenses and work permits.
  • Talent Development: Identify and develop talent within the team to ensure succession planning and career growth.
