Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences

At Travel + Leisure Co., we're passionate about putting the world on vacation. As a Guest Experience Host, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences at our Sydney Hotel. If you're enthusiastic about customer service and have a genuine passion for the local area, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

  • Greet and register owners and guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Offer expert advice on local area attractions and activities.
  • Complete all department-related paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Utilize communication equipment, including telephones, facsimiles, and computers, to ensure seamless communication.
  • Meet guests face-to-face and generate sales appointments for our sales team.
  • Build rapport with customers to deliver an exceptional experience.
  • Collaborate with the resort operations team to provide a high level of service and a seamless transition for owners and guests.
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within the Wyndham Destinations community.
  • Meet targets and KPIs as set by the business.
  • This role requires flexibility, including weekend and public holiday shifts.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a similar hotel position.
  • A genuine passion for customer service and the local area.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards.
  • High levels of computer literacy.
  • Previous experience with a PMS system is advantageous.
  • The ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace.
  • A flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public, and school holidays.
