We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Operations Specialist to join our team in Melbourne. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer daily activities, including order processing, contract reviews, and stock management.
- Process customer orders, confirm receipt, and advise on variations, price changes, or stock availability.
- Maintain accurate customs and duties records for sale of products to specific customers.
- Promptly process delivery requests with correct customer order information and communicate with logistics providers.
- Analyze delivery requests, obtain signed proof of delivery forms, and ensure accurate tracking.
