Clinical Nurse Consultant

We are seeking an experienced clinical nurse consultant to join our team in the Rheumatology department. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and skilled individual to contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

  • Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership, support, and expert advice to the healthcare team to ensure the efficient and effective coordination and provision of nursing care for patients with musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate and evaluate the intake, planning, assessment, evaluation, and discharge processes for Rheumatology clients referred from both the acute sector and the community within an outpatient setting.
    • Provide clinical expertise to apply knowledge of musculoskeletal conditions, chronic disease healthcare principles, contemporary nursing theory, and practice.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have demonstrated extensive experience, knowledge, and understanding of musculoskeletal conditions, chronic disease healthcare principles, contemporary nursing theory, and practice.
