Nurse Specialist in Musculoskeletal Care

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Rheumatology and Persistent Pain Service as a Clinical Nurse Consultant.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide leadership, guidance, and expert advice to the healthcare team to ensure efficient nursing care for patients with musculoskeletal conditions.
- Coordinate and evaluate the intake, planning, assessment, evaluation, and discharge processes for Rheumatology clients referred from both the acute sector and the community within an outpatient setting.
To be successful in this role, you will require extensive experience, knowledge, and understanding of musculoskeletal conditions, chronic disease healthcare principles, contemporary nursing theory and practice, and the demonstration of clinical expertise to apply this knowledge. You must also possess highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to function effectively within a multidisciplinary environment and demonstrate a capacity to provide clinical leadership and exercise professional judgement and initiative whilst working with minimal supervision.
