Job Overview

This leadership position requires an experienced nurse who can provide strategic support and expert guidance to healthcare teams, ensuring efficient and effective patient care for individuals with musculoskeletal conditions.

The successful applicant will have extensive experience in musculoskeletal care, chronic disease management, contemporary nursing theory and practice, and the ability to apply clinical expertise in a rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Coordinate and evaluate patient intake, assessment, planning, evaluation and discharge processes.

Requirements:

  • Registered as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
  • Hold or be working towards relevant postgraduate qualifications.
  • Current Driver's Licence.
