Australia Post is seeking a highly skilled professional to join its team as Head of Mental Health, Wellbeing, and Corporate Safety. This strategic role will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of a comprehensive wellbeing strategy that fosters a positive and safe work environment.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in leading wellbeing teams, developing and implementing safety strategies, and collaborating with senior leadership teams. A strong understanding of best practices in organisational mental health, wellbeing, and safety is essential.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute a wellbeing strategy that promotes employee mental health and wellbeing.
- Lead the development and implementation of an enterprise-wide safety strategy for corporate functions.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and manage relationships with external community partners to promote positive wellbeing outcomes.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a large organisation.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing wellbeing strategies that improve employee mental health and wellbeing.
- Strong understanding of best practices in organisational mental health, wellbeing, and safety.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
