Health, Safety & Wellbeing Leader

We're seeking an expert to drive our Health, Safety and Wellbeing strategy. As a partner to business leaders, you'll maintain a culture of safety awareness, health, wellbeing, injury prevention and rehabilitation across our operations.

  • Prioritise health, safety and wellbeing through a collaborative approach with Leaders at all levels.
  • Develop strategies to achieve safety targets and KPIs in partnership with business unit leaders.
  • Recommend improvements to workplace safety culture and effective communication strategies.
  • Provide insights on safety performance metrics through clear and concise reports.
  • Establish processes for injury management, including workers' compensation matters and recovery programs.
  • Develop the annual Health, Safety and Wellbeing plan for all business units, aligned with our overall strategy.

About You

To succeed, you'll need:

  • A minimum 5 years' experience in WHS and Workers Compensation/Injury Management.
  • Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, standards and codes of practice for compliance across states and territories.
  • Experience managing multi-site businesses.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, particularly with regulators.
  • Qualifications in WHS and/or injury management.
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills for negotiation, influence and implementation.
