About Us

We are seeking a skilled Learning Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who wants to make a real difference in the development of our employees.

The Learning Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the implementation of learning programs and coordinating logistics for learning sessions. They will work closely with external training providers and vendors to organise learning programs and manage LMS content, ensuring courses, learning pathways, and materials are up-to-date, accessible, and engaging.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with external training providers and vendors to arrange learning programs and manage LMS content.
  • Support the administration of learning programs, including scheduling, registration, and communication with participants.
  • Generate reports on learner engagement, feedback, and evaluation results to inform future program development.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Learning & Development, HR, or training administration.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS), including content management, reporting, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Prior experience in facilitating or co-facilitating training sessions.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong administrative and data management skills.
