This position is suitable for a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager with a proven track record in managing residential construction projects.
Main Responsibilities- Lead multiple residential construction projects in South Brisbane, ensuring timely completion and adhering to high-quality standards.
- Maintain effective relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff to guarantee smooth project operations and resolve any challenges promptly.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and prioritise workplace health and safety.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction, specifically with volume housing projects.
- A strong understanding of residential building codes, industry regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership skills and effective communication abilities to manage teams and build strong relationships.
