Site Manager for Residential Construction Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee residential construction projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Your primary focus will be on coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered according to plan. You will also be responsible for managing site safety, conducting regular inspections, and maintaining accurate records.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of managing complex construction projects, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Required Skills and Qualifications- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (mandatory)
- Proven experience in volume home building or residential construction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Sound knowledge of WHS regulations and site safety practices
