Seeking a dedicated and experienced construction professional to oversee multiple residential building projects on the Sunshine Coast.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Building Supervisor to join our team and lead by example, ensuring all projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical knowledge, strong leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple residential construction sites simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet project deadlines and budgets.
  • Oversee project scheduling, trade coordination, material supply, and quality control, ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Hold a current Low Rise QBCC supervisor's license.
  • Possess a valid Australian driver's license.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Maintain up-to-date understanding of new technologies and innovations in construction.
