Residential Construction Project Manager

Residential construction projects are looking for skilled professionals to oversee their progress from start to completion. Key responsibilities include managing multiple sites, coordinating trades and suppliers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining high-quality build standards.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in residential construction project management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Qualifications:
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (mandatory)
- Proven experience in volume home building or residential construction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Sound knowledge of WHS regulations and site safety practices
