Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to oversee daily on-site operations for custom residential construction projects. Key responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to ensure timely project delivery while maintaining strict quality control standards and compliance with project specifications. This involves conducting site inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations and building codes, liaising with clients, architects, and internal teams to guarantee client satisfaction, and preparing and maintaining project documentation, schedules, and reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Maintaining high-quality control standards and ensuring compliance with project specifications
  • Conducting regular site inspections to verify adherence to safety regulations and building codes
  • Liaising with clients, architects, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate project documentation, schedules, and reports

Requirements

  • Current QBCC Site Supervisor or Builder License (mandatory)
  • Proven experience in supervising custom or luxury residential buildings
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes in Queensland
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
  • Valid driver's license and own reliable transport
