Job Title: Residential Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple residential construction sites from start to completion.

About the Role:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality workmanship.
  • Coordinate trades, ensure site safety, and maintain build schedules.
  • Liaise with suppliers, internal teams, and clients to provide regular updates and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Oversight: Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  2. Site Coordination: Coordinate trade activities, monitor progress, and identify potential risks or issues.
  3. Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
  4. Quality Control: Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with company standards.

Requirements:

  • QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (mandatory)
  • Proven experience in volume home building or residential construction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Sound knowledge of WHS regulations and site safety practices
