At Teachers Health, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Operations Specialist to join our team in Surry Hills. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our operations team to ensure seamless integration of our core applications, particularly HAMBS, with our operational processes.

As a Senior IT Operations Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing Level 2 support for our THF applications, promptly addressing and resolving technical issues related to releases and enhancements. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the HAMBS system and other core applications are always up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with relevant regulations and standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Advanced technical support for THF applications, focusing on prompt resolution of issues related to releases and enhancements.
  • Maintenance of Salesforce solution, including version control, branching, and metadata deployments.
  • Ad-hoc reporting and analysis for business stakeholders via SQL Server.
  • Contributing to research, requirement gathering, and validation activities directly with business owners.
  • Driving continuous improvement through the creation of improvement backlogs and prioritizing tasks.

In this role, you'll work closely with project managers to plan analysis activities, highlight risks and issues, and contribute operational input to projects. You'll also be responsible for supporting the testing and acceptance of new core systems to replace legacy environments.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in integration services and proficiency in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, and Marketing Cloud).
  • Ability to assess requirements and specify solutions, as well as administer third-party software solutions.
  • Tertiary qualification in an IT-related discipline or over five years of relevant experience.
