
Cloud Adoption Specialist

As a Customer Solutions Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of public sector customers.
This is a technical role that requires successfully gaining Solution Architect, Associate certification within the first 6 months of employment. You will collaborate with customers, sales, solutions architecture, and service teams to deliver technical solutions that solve complex technology problems.
You will work closely with customer and internal stakeholders to scope work, set business goals, identify appropriate resources, track and report on progress, and develop schedules.
Experience in enterprise technology sales within the national security sector and the ability to maintain appropriate security clearances are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Focus: Working backwards from the customer, you will dive deep to understand their context, vision, and strategic goals to guide and accelerate cloud journeys.
- Value Realization: You will identify and accelerate the customer's realization of value throughout the cloud lifecycle through the adoption of AWS services, AWS partner solutions, AWS best practices, and other.
- Enablement: You will help customers achieve organizational cloud readiness, cloud fluency, and cloud skills through skills guilds, experience-based accelerators, training partners, and other.
- Governance: You will establish and mature operating models/structures to drive scale and long-term success through the application of AWS frameworks and mechanisms.
