Business Change Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to drive the adoption of our data cloud initiatives. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of change management methodologies and be able to develop and implement strategies to support business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support data cloud initiatives
  • Conduct change impact assessments and develop mitigation strategies for risks
  • Engage stakeholders across the organisation, ensuring effective communication and adoption
  • Assess training needs, develop learning programs, and provide ongoing support to build a data-driven culture

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in organisational change management, particularly in digital transformation projects. They will also have strong project management skills, including working in Agile frameworks, and excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills.

What We're Looking For

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in organisational change management, particularly in digital transformation projects
  • Strong understanding of change methodologies (ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin) and practical application in technology implementations
  • Experience driving user adoption and culture change in data or technology-focused environments
  • Project management skills, including working in Agile, hybrid, or waterfall frameworks
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills
  • Familiarity with data platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Databricks, and Power BI, and an understanding of data governance frameworks
  • High emotional intelligence, resilience, and a collaborative approach to building buy-in and momentum for change
