Customer Experience Excellence Leader

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Experience Excellence Leader to join our team at Xero. As a key member of our global Customer Experience (CX) leadership team, you will lead a high-performing team of CX Specialists and Seniors who share your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the Role- Lead a team of experienced CX professionals in providing 24/7 support to Xero users, ensuring they receive exceptional service and value from our platform.
- Work closely with the global CX team to develop and execute strategies that drive customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity targets.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure seamless execution of the operating plan and support business change initiatives.
- Proactively engage with customers as required, advocate for their needs, and be the point of escalation for complex or sensitive issues.
- Proven experience leading or managing high-performing teams in a customer support environment.
- A track record of driving service levels, quality targets, and customer satisfaction in previous roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to act as a brand ambassador.
- Strong coaching and leadership capabilities, with a focus on empowering teams to make decisions in the best interests of customers and the business.
