We are a leading retailer in Australia and New Zealand, known for our sleepwear brand Peter Alexander.
This part-time role is located at our Support Office on St Kilda Rd, Melbourne.
Job Description:As a Customer Experience Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the best experience, resolving their inquiries and maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and friendly manner
- Providing accurate and timely information about our products and policies
- Identifying customers' needs and providing appropriate solutions and recommendations
- Assisting customers with order placement, tracking, and returns, ensuring a seamless experience
- Resolving customer concerns and complaints efficiently
- Collaborating with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude
- Patient and empathetic when dealing with customers
- Experience in customer service and retail desirable
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of customer inquiries
