About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Management Expert to join our team at DXC Technology Australia Pty Limited.

As a Work Capacity and Section 38 Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing expert guidance and support to our internal Claims Operations teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in work capacity, claims, and injury management, with excellent analytical, evaluation, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with claims operation teams by offering tailored advice on work capacity and section 38.
  • Develop and utilise reporting, procedures, and resources to drive outcomes and increase capability.
  • Complete internal reviews of work capacity decisions in line with legislative requirements.
  • Complete quality reviews to identify areas for development and implement actions to address capability or process improvements.
  • Coach and train delivery to support capability uplift across case managers, decision reviewers, and leaders.
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with internal customers through proactive engagement and support.

About You

  • Strong experience in work capacity, claims, and injury management.
  • Excellent organisational ability, including effective time management and prioritisation.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in a demanding, high-volume, and deadline-driven environment.
  • Great attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A team player who likes to work collaboratively but can also work independently.

Salary

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
