Job DescriptionThe primary function of this role is to assess and determine liability on claims, preparing for and attending claims reviews, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
You will be responsible for assisting workers in returning to work and managing chronic ill health through person-centred case management, ensuring entitlements to compensation are made appropriately and timely.
This position requires strong communication and organisational skills, as well as excellent customer service skills, decision-making, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Requirements and Qualifications- A minimum of experience as a Case Manager with the NSW Workers Compensation Scheme, preferably in Return to Work or Long-Term Case Management.

Salary:
$90,000 - $120,000 per annum + superannuation
