Mindshare Performance Director

Role OverviewWe are seeking a Performance Director to work across our client, a leader in Financial Services in Melbourne. This role will oversee and coordinate the delivery across a team of biddable experts, managing all operations from quality implementation planning to improving operational efficiency & delivery. You will also act as a senior consultant to clients for their activation and performance management.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of 5, overseeing workflow, dealing with issues, and ensuring the team is adequately trained, resourced, motivated, and engaged.
- Help define and deliver best practice, supervising team output and intervening where necessary.
- Contribute to product development and direction, leveraging vendors and partners to achieve this.
- Lead key client relationships, ensuring team output is to the required standard, and navigating the complex media, technology, and data landscape.
- Expertise in Social, preferably programmatic, and ideally with an experience with eCommerce.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and engage a team.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively communicate business objectives, issues, and outcomes.
- Flexibility and proactivity, with the ability to recognise changing circumstances quickly and implement successful action plans.
