Position Overview

At Mindshare, we are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Marketplace Coordinator. Mindshare, a part of GroupM, is a leading global media investment management firm that operates under the umbrella of WPP media agencies. Key Responsibilities

  • Embody the Mindshare values daily while maintaining a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Foster a positive and motivating team culture, contributing insights and following leadership guidance.
  • Collaborate effectively with client teams across various disciplines throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently, demonstrating strong written and verbal skills.
  • Deliver exemplary media planning and buying implementation.
  • Utilize proprietary and industry tools to achieve superior campaign execution.
  • Understand and apply the Mindshare Process at each stage of project development.
  • Obtain necessary certifications for relevant platforms.
  • Provide accurate administrative support to the Investment team.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of client needs and industry trends.
  • Build strong relationships with media owners to enhance knowledge of available products.
  • Ensure compliance with financial procedures across all processes.
  • Maintain accurate timesheet records with attention to detail.

Qualifications

This is an entry-level position, and prior experience in marketing or media agencies is not required. A degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred, complemented by a Professional Marketing Qualification or equivalent experience in the media industry.
