We are seeking a skilled Development Inspector to join our Building and Engineering Assessment section on a permanent, full-time basis. This role involves inspecting subdivision civil works being carried out by developers, ensuring the quality and longevity of assets, with a focus on road and drainage systems.

Job Responsibilities
  • To conduct inspections of subdivision civil works, ensuring compliance with approvals and relevant standards.
  • Liaise closely with our Development Engineers to ensure constructed assets meet requirements.
  • To communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Trade qualifications or Certificate IV in a related field.
  • Solid experience in applying skills in all aspects of the job.
  • Solid knowledge of complex areas of the job.
  • Demonstrated communication skills.
  • Current Class C driver's licence.
