Job Title: Test Quality Assurance Specialist

This is a Casual position offering an attractive environment to start or grow your career.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a secure exam delivery environment.
    • Ensure compliance with testing procedures and company policies.
      • Verify candidate identification, set up tests, and explain exam procedures.
        • Proctor/invoke candidates while testing, troubleshoot technical issues, and escalate policy breaches.
          • Complete light housekeeping duties and perform other ad hoc tasks as directed.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Minimum 1 year customer service experience (preferred).
      • Experience proctoring/exam invigilating (highly desirable).
        • Beginner to intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
          • Ability to sit for long periods, bend, lift 20 lbs independently, and work in a quiet testing environment.
