Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects meet the required quality standards.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also have a strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to multitask.
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining project reporting and documentation processes, managing assigned projects using project management principles, and coordinating resources and monitoring progress.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans to ensure timely completion of projects;
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives;
- Analyze and report on systems and processes for efficiency, cost, and quality;
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects;
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders.

- Project coordination and management skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Demonstrated capability in collaboration, data capture, analysis, information presentation, and reporting;
- Knowledge of and/or experience in application of Quality Management System (QMS) systems and processes.
