Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse business requirements, user stories, and system solutions to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Provide superior testing competencies to ensure testing is efficient and completed on time using planning skills and collaboration with the assigned team.
  • Create and execute automated tests for assigned work in an efficient and productive manner to guarantee testing meets quality standards and timelines.
  • Execute functional, non-functional, and regression tests as applicable to validate software performance.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills to manage customer expectations effectively.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in QA execution within Agile environments is essential.
  • Desirable skills include expertise in front-end and back-end test automation tools like Selenium in Java, Rest Assured, Cucumber, SQL, Postman, and Playwright.
  • Experience with testing management tools such as Quality Control (QC) is beneficial.
  • Previous experience integrating into continuous delivery and integration pipelines is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with testing within AWS cloud architecture is desirable.
  • Knowledge of performance testing and accessibility testing techniques is valuable.
  • Understanding of security testing principles is essential.
  • Proven experience working on complex transformation projects is necessary.
  • Able to rapidly acquire and apply new knowledge in fast-paced environments.
  • Attend training sessions and apply gained knowledge to day-to-day QA tasks.
