Business Development Executive Role Summary

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Business Development Executive to join our organization and drive growth through strategic partnerships. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for expanding our company's reach, enhancing its offerings, and fostering long-term relationships with partners and customers.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and executing business development strategies to expand our company's reach and enhance its offerings.
  • Managing existing partner relationships, identifying opportunities for collaboration and integration, and adapting strategies to maximize benefits.
  • Scouting and securing new partnerships, negotiating terms that align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Monitoring and analyzing partnership performance, providing insights to inform future strategy.
  • Serving as a liaison between partners and internal teams, facilitating communication and project execution to ensure successful partnerships.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of three years of work experience in Business Development, Account Management, or a related field.
  • Proficient communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
  • A proven track record in partnership management, negotiation, and public speaking.
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, including domestic and international travel.
  • Full right to work full-time in Australia.

  • Effective multitasking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.
