Sales Strategy Lead

**Job Title:** Sales Strategy Lead - Luxury Hotel Portfolio
**Salary Range:** $120,000 - $180,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
We are seeking an experienced Sales Strategy Lead to join our Luxury Hotel Portfolio team in Melbourne. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading the sales strategy and driving revenue targets for our luxury hotels.

**Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and optimise account performance
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Revenue team to identify and secure revenue-generating opportunities
- Review business performance and understand market trends, demand generators, economic and consumer trends
- Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, meeting planners and other producers
- Work closely with Brand Global sales teams to grow market share and acquisition of accounts
**Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent international degree in Business or Hospitality Management
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proven ability to develop and maintain stakeholder and client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
