About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Administration Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Efficiently process sales and commercial orders in collaboration with various departments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Commercial Order Management: Manage commercial orders and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
  • Inventory Management: Administer appliance changeovers while ensuring compliance with procedures, and coordinate stock arrangements to meet customer demands.
  • Financial Management: Ensure accurate invoicing for retailer purchases and maintain pricing in SAP to support sales operations.
  • Customer Support: Provide backup support for customer service, including answering calls and attending to service requests during low staffing periods.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: You will have a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Customer Focus: You will have a customer-focused attitude, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Sales Administration: Proven experience in sales administration, preferably in a similar industry, would be advantageous.
  • SAP B1 Familiarity: Familiarity with SAP B1 customer database would be ideal, but not essential.
