About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic administrators to join our team at Northeast Auto Group. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the success of our Sales and Service departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a busy phone switchboard and handle walk-in inquiries.
  • Assist with technical inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Liaise with the sales team and workshop manager to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Provide hospitality for customers and visitors in the dealership.
  • Ensure the presentation of the showroom and meeting rooms are impeccable at all times.
  • Carry out a range of general administrative duties, including maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Work closely with other team members, including sales and technicians, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

About You:

You will bring a passion for helping customers and exceptional communication skills. You are driven to deliver an exceptional customer experience each and every time, as well as motivated to increase customer sales.

Requirements:

  • Prior reception, service advisor or customer service experience is essential.
  • Mechanical knowledge, or willingness to obtain, is a plus.
  • A friendly, client-focused attitude is essential.
  • A driver's license is required.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask competing priorities.
