**The Position**

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Administration and Customer Service Team Member to join our client's close-knit team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier service and support to both consumers and retail representatives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Efficiently process sales and commercial orders in collaboration with various departments, ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery.
  • Manage commercial orders and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure accurate invoicing and prompt payment.
  • Administer appliance changeovers while maintaining compliance with established procedures.
  • Coordinate stock arrangements and process return items for credit, ensuring minimal stock discrepancies.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing for retailer purchases, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Maintain pricing in SAP and provide backup support for customer service, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers, Stock Controller, and Finance Manager to process sales orders and commercial orders efficiently.
  • Provide backup support for customer service, including answering calls and attending to service call requests during low staffing periods.

**Requirements:**

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel and Word.
  • A customer-focused attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Proven experience in product-based sales, with a strong understanding of sales administration processes.
  • Familiarity with SAP B1 customer database, although not essential.
