Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse to join our team as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager at the TQEH Karra Rehab Unit. This role is responsible for providing high-quality nursing services, leading and coordinating nursing staff, and promoting continuity and consistency of care.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
  • At least 3 years' post-registration experience as a Registered Nurse/Midwife
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
  • Knowledge of contemporary nursing/midwifery practices, relevant legislation, and quality improvement systems
